Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly from Selangor, Malaysia.

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation via email, please allow up to 48 hours for receipt of tracking information. You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Please note that there might not be updates available if your parcel is in transit.

If you do not receive your order within 5 - 7 business days upon receiving your tracking number (based on the table below), feel free to reach out to us.

We use trusted local courier services such as GDex and Poslaju which is decided by the availability of your area.

RM 150.00 and above	FREE	RM 6

*Note the higher shipping charge to East Malaysia is due to the weight / volumetric weight of the item being shipped from West Malaysia.

International Shipping

Shipping to Singapore is a flat rate of RM35 per order. Your parcel will arrive at your doorstep within 3 - 5 business days.
